Jump Rope for Heart is the primary school skipping challenge that turns kids into Heart Heroes — everyday superheroes who are leading the way in the fight against heart disease.
As well as moving more and having fun, our Heart Heroes raise money to help fund life-saving research that has the power to save Aussie hearts.
Aussie kids have raised funds for vital heart research, support and programs that help to save lives.
Over 10 million Aussie kids have skipped their way to a healthier heart.
90% of Australian primary schools have participated in Jump Rope for Heart.
We had a fantastic experience with the Jump Rope for Heart program! Our students enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to enhance their fitness levels and master new skipping skills. Witnessing the entire school community come together to raise funds for the Heart Foundation while promoting physical activity was truly inspiring. Jump Rope for Heart not only encouraged healthier habits but also cultivated a spirit of unity and achievement throughout our school.
